My Latest Skin-Venture.

Booked my first appointment at Beauty Park in Santa Monica. Been wanting to go since watching Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian. This is a celebrity level type Med Spa with prices to match. I am getting Wedding-ready and wanted to put it in the capable hands of Nurse Jamie.

I scheduled a Vitamin Infusion facial with Microdermabrasion and Micro-conturing.  The entire process took an hour and was quite relaxing. It was nice to finally lay down at Beauty Park and start my skin transformation. This particular facial is intended to deliver vitamins deep into the lowest layer of the skin. It does so by applying the entire face with heavy vitamin serums and then bandages. Attaching a micro-current machine to the bandages to help penetrate the skin. Results lead to an instant glow and clear happy skin.

The Microdermabrasion machine works wonders for resurfacing the skins texture. An additional must for any facial. For those of you who haven’t done one before fear not. It’s painless and literally just feels like a sand vacuum going over your skin. So a slight suction and sand particles to help refinish the overall texture of the outer layer of skin. All in all it was a great first step to getting my skin Wedding-ready for June. Stay tuned for more as my Skin ventures at Beauty Park continue.

Being Grateful.

Its easy sometimes to forget to actually stop and just be grateful. Grateful for my health, my amazing fiancé, my healthy and happy 2 year old, and so many other aspects. Taking a moment to be thankful for all the things that can be taken for granted. It’s important for growth and happiness I believe.

My entire family minus my fiancé and son live on the East coast. So, at times its hard cause I don’t get to see them very much. With planning a wedding for June in Manhattan I will be visiting one more time for menu and planning finalizations. I do wish that my family would travel out to see me. I’m grateful to have them and it would be nice if they cared enough to come here. I know its expensive but oddly enough they expect me to keep flying out. It must be that they think I have all this money to do so. Who knows?

Well, with that said I am grateful for them. I’m happy we all get along and have each other. Maybe one day they will have an interest in visiting and spending time in this beautiful state in which I live. Till’ then I have my hands quite full. The wedding is a little less than 4 months away and still buying the last few items. Ordering the rest of my bridesmaids dresses and the liking. Whatever you are doing right now remember to just stop, stop right here in this moment and realize that you are lucky. Lucky to be alive, healthy and well reading my blog. Thanks for that too! Speaks soon guys.

Valentine’s Day This Year…

Yay! Another year and another reason to eat more chocolate and buy a bunch of gifts for my man. This year rings in a bit different however, my fiancé suggested we buy for our two-year old son as well. Since he is understanding more and more we are now adding him to the mix. It’s interesting really because all these years I have bought my mom and my man period. It will be fun actually to shop for him, and with V-Day tomorrow I guess we will be shopping today.

The above cupid image represents how I see my son. Ridiculously cute and shoots you smack in the butt with a love arrow. Well, hey doesn’t every parent see their children as amazingly cute? He’s a love and I think he will be excited to receive a gift this year and every year here after…LOL, thanks fiancé for the great idea! LMAO. No, it’s a kind and sweet gesture and what other holiday than Valentine’s Day should that exist? Oh wait! Christmas, Easter, Halloween…OH MAN! Did we really just add V-Day to the list??? Um, Yup we did! LOL.

Taking a moment here to wish all my followers a Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope you all eat some chocolate, drink some wine, spend time with your loved ones, and just enjoy the spirit of the holiday. No matter in a relationship or not, it’s fun to just be free and loving. It doesn’t take a holiday to say We love someone, but it does make it fun to do something extra nice for our sweethearts. Happy Valentine’s Day friends!

But I’m a Mom!

From the wee hours of the early am till the late night hours of the night I am a mom. Having a 2 year old boy is a lot of work, but then you add in a 150lb Cane Corso puppy whose 1 year old and the game changes. Besides making sure they don’t tear up the house I’m also a blogger writing posts for my followers to enjoy. I also am an actor of well over a decade now. I’m planning a wedding for June in New York and I live in Los Angeles. Can somebody say Supermom?

I’m trying my best not to look or act like this mom above LOL. I handle each day and each minute with an open-mind and open-heart. Having patience is key here, battling each task as a single task even though they are running simultaneously. I believe the key here is breathing, optimism and finding time for yourself within everyday. I think about my mom who had 4 children and all within 3-4 years apart from the other. Talk about Supermoms!

So, heres a shoutout to all the moms out there. Know your power, embrace your strength and know that anything is possible with love, patience and staying calm. I know its hard at times but you are a miracle worker. You created life and there is nothing more SuperMom than that! Here’s to you!

The Yearly Cleanse.

The Dr. Schulze 5 Day Bowel Cleanse is my yearly go-to and for the last 10 years at that. This cleanse aids in ridding the colon of new and old fecal matter. Matter that causes colon cancer and all sorts of problems if ignored. This cleanse is especially good for someone who has or currently eats meat and dairy. Meat and dairy products cause major issues throughout the body.

The 3 products that are in this cleanse are the following: Formula One, Formula Two and Air Detox. The Formula One rids of the newer fecal matter, Formula Two targets the older matter and Air Detox helps keep your bathroom smelling clean. The kit is sold for $70 at Dr. Schulze or if you’re in California you can go to the store in the Marina Del Rey area.

Dr. Schulze is an internist and has healed cancer with his programs. His products are 100% herbal and are truly my go-to for living healthy. I highly recommend his products to everyone. It has changed my life and conquered many different ailments along the way. If you want to feel better, get more energy of start doing cleanses look no further than Dr. Schulze.

Getting Married.

Getting Married finally to the love of my life. To a man to whom I thought I would never meet. Someone who is my best friend, my lover and my companion. It’s truly an amazing experience, so much going on and so many cogs in the wheel. However, as I approach 5 months out I’m starting to get a bit nervous.

I would say I’m 75% done with everything. I still have so much to do however…like: find my ideal wedding dress, get my fiancé his suit. Get all the bridesmaids dresses, shoes, accessories, same on the groomsmen. Book the hotel, book the flights, find an officiant, taste the menu, and that’s about it. Now thats ALOT! We’re officially in mid- January and I’m getting married in June. Trying not to stress, promised myself I wouldn’t stress, but OH MAN this is starting to get rough.

I swear I’m not a Bridezilla! I don’t like them, I don’t want to transform magically into one. With that said, wish me luck. It’s a Saturday and I’m going to lock some stuff down right now. Enjoy the weekend everyone, I’m off to continue locking this Wedding down. Bridezilla MOVE OUT THE WAY! I’m Tiffany, a calm, cool and collected Bride-to-be…for now anyways. LOL!

Vaxxed The Documentary…WATCH IT!

I watched this documentary and please please please WATCH IT! It unveils so many things about the CDC and Doctors and the world we live in. It’s sad, it’s real and unfortunately way too many infants and children have been affected. The lies, the cover ups and all the false information is spelled out in this one documentary.

As you all already know I have a 2 year old son. Being a mom for the first time I had been well-informed about vaccinations and the hidden dangers that lie within them. This madness needs to stop and we all need to come together and do our part. A child is diagnosed with Autism every 7 minutes. Do you think thats normal? Genetic? No! It’s caused by the triple vaccination called MMR. It stands for Measles, Mumps and Rubella. A shot that has been proven directly to cause Autism. The pharmaceutical companies took away the option to have these shots in single doses. Which by the way is safe, but when combined causes problems.

The question above is an interesting one. They would like you to believe that they are but in reality they aren’t. The MMR causes AUTISM. It’s not a per chance sorta thing, it’s real and it’s happening every day. Watch the film, write letters to your local politicians, leaders and take a stand. Choose No to the MMR. It WILL affect your children. Stay safe friends. Website can be found here: VAXXED

Vibrate Your Soreness Away.

Meet my new friend! This guy knows how to work out some serious soreness. My fiancé discovered this rare gem. We were working out in our local gym when one of the trainers introduced this amazing new technology to us. When I heard the price I was little hesitant however I gave it a trial run. We live in the gym as I told you guys before. So, anything to help rid of soreness is a Godsend. This thing can work it let me just tell you.

Started using my new friend late last night and I literally worked away some kinks I had for months. It’s set for increments of ten minutes. So, I basically choose an area thats sore (and there are many) and I just roll away. Easy to handle with multiple speeds this fitness ball is the latest way to rid of soreness. It comes with half a charge on arrival, charges quickly and lights up various colors to indicate different levels. Levels of charge and levels of intensity. A must for any athlete or gym enthusiast.

The fitness ball is offered in two colors. Same exact features on both. This is must and is worth every $150 we spent on each of these. Well, I must go…my new friend Hyperice is calling. Check them out at: Hyperice

Shop at Whole Foods and Get No Foods.

Whole Foods

Went shopping the other day for a friend of mine who was sick and needed some items. 2 bags worth of items, and not full bags might I add but 2 just the same. I have always found Whole Foods to be cool. They always have the latest organic super fresh items. The concept and store design is awesome. However….

As I was going through the aisles, adding things from the short list for my friend. I started seeing products I know and use displayed there. One product came to my attention like a damn huge neon yellow blinking light: La Croix Sparkling Water Cans. They had a special on the 12 pack. The sign read and I kid you not $5.39 for a pack of 12 cans. I just paid $2.99 at Target for the same exact product. Can someone help me out here? Can anyone tell me why the markup at Whole Foods is so damn high? What the hell?

OK, so now that we are over that…let’s move on shall we? The Juice Bar is AMAZING! They offer a wide variety of Raw Juices with boosters for days. They offer ready-made and fresh juices on the spot juices. The prices for these guys is quite fair for what you’re getting. Beyond that, the prices overall are high and being a comparative smart shopper I prefer to save money and get the same products for less. But if you’re in need of a pick me up head on over to Whole Foods. You will not be disappointed. Oh an day the way I paid $58 and change for 8 items in less than 2 full bags. Eeeeehhhh oh Whole Foods.

My Puppy is an Elephant.

Ahhhhhhhhh, the blue Cane Corso…an Italian Mastif. So cuddly and cute when they are born. Even for the following 3 months they’re still small and adorable. But as time passes these pups grow quite large. We have a 1 year old Blue Cane Corso, his name is London. He is large and in charge. To think this pup was so small and cute year ago it just blows my mind. He is currently 140lbs and and eats everything he sees.

So, we once had this own chair until London decided he would eat it. So, we no longer have this lawn chair. Every toy we have bought for him has been devoured and chewed up to oblivion. There is no such thing as indestructible for this Cane. He can eat everything with ease. I have considered a steel pipe for Christmas but I’m afraid he might dent it. LOL! Oh man, to think this is a just a puppy…what the hell?

So, for Christmas London is getting food. He can eat it and eat it all. Any so-called indestructibles are simply not what they claim, well at least not for this dog. He has already eaten 2 beds and is down to just a blanket that is currently being shredded. Nothing is safe around him. Oh London.
